Refund policy

We pride ourselves on our rapid production process. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, it enters production shortly after it's placed. If your order hasn't yet been sent to production, we can still cancel it for you.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo and description within 48 hours of receiving your package at contact@bannergiant.com. We want to make sure you're taken care of! If we find that there was a mistake on our end, we will happily replace the affected items. If an item was damaged during shipping, we will start a claim as soon as we receive your email with photos of the damaged product. Banner Giant will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. Banner Giant will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.
